6. Is there any special pre-release buffer before the board is placed on the inside of the carton?
7. Resistance specifications after sealing

The current vacuum packaging is similar, the main difference is only the effective working area and the degree of automation.
Operating procedure
A. Preparation: Position the PE film, manually operate the mechanical action, set the PE film heating temperature, vacuum time and so on.
B. Stacking board: When the number of stacked plates is fixed, the height is also fixed. At this time, it is necessary to consider how to stack, which can maximize the output and the most material. The following are several principles:
a. The spacing of each laminated plate, depending on the specification (thickness) of the PE film, (standard is 0.2m/m), using the principle of heating and softening, while vacuuming, the board is pasted with the bubble cloth. . The spacing is generally at least twice the thickness of the total plate. Too big is a waste of material; too small is difficult to cut and it is easy to stick off or not stick at all.
b. The distance between the outermost plate and the edge must also be at least twice the thickness of the plate.
c. If the size of the PANEL is not large, the material and manpower will be wasted according to the above packaging method. If the quantity is very large, it can be opened as a container in a soft board packaging method, and then the PE film shrink packaging. There is another way, but the customer’s consent is required, leaving no gaps between each stack of plates, but separated by cardboard, taking the appropriate number of stacks. There are also cardboard or corrugated paper underneath.
D. Packing: The method of packing, if specified by the customer, must be packaged according to the customer’s specifications; if the customer does not specify, the packing specification of the factory must be established on the principle that the protective board is not damaged by external force. As mentioned earlier, especially for the packaging of exported products, special attention must be paid.
E. Other notes:
a. Information that must be written outside the box, such as “mouth”, item number (P/N), version, period, quantity, important information. And the words Made in China (if it is exported).
b. Attach relevant quality certificates, such as slicing, weldability reports, test records, and some test reports required by various customers, in the manner specified by the customer. Packaging is not a question from the university. If you do it with your heart, you can save a lot of troubles that should not happen.
