What is Semi-Flex PCB?
Proses pembuatan PCB separa lentur yang paling tradisional adalah mengadopsi bahan FR-4 lenturan dan membuat PCB sesuai dengan proses pembuatan PCB tegar tradisional, dan kemudian menggunakan teknologi penggilingan mendalam untuk menipis kawasan yang perlu dibengkokkan sehingga memiliki tahap fleksibiliti tertentu, untuk memenuhi keperluan sambungan lenturan pemasangan.

Contohnya, membongkok 5 kali pada sudut 180 darjah dengan radius 5mm memerlukan panjang minimum bahagian separa lentur 15,7mm
